Phi Mu Fraternity offers many opportunities for its members to grow as leaders: Phi Mu National Convention, Leadership Conferences, Southeastern Leadership Conference, ExCEL Leadership Scholarship Recipients, LEAD Retreat, Motivation to join another campus organizations like the Student Government Association and Campus Activities Board, Chapter Positions & Leadership Training, and many other avenues for experience.
