Phi Mu Recruitment
The Southeastern Panhellenic Council is in charge of Spring Open Houses & Fall Formal Recruitment. There are five sororities on campus: Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Sigma Tau, Phi Mu, Sigma Sigma Sigma, and Theta Phi Alpha. Recruitment takes place in the beginning of September in the fall semester.

Fall Recruitment Dates 2008: August 13th-17th
The events consist of:
Greek 101: Orientation to what to expect during Recruitment.
1st Night-Fraternal Values: An opportunity to visit all five sororities, and learn about financial information, values, and what each sorority has to offer.
2nd Night-Philanthropy: This night consists of a maximum of four parties to attend. Each sorority will have potential members participate in a craft project for their National Philanthropy.
3rd Day-Coffee Talk: This night consists of a maximum of three parties to attend. It is a night where each sorority will have ample time to get to know the potential members through conversations.
4th Day-Preference: A last chance to find out what sorority a woman feels is a best fit for her. Each potential member has opportunity to attend a maximum of two parties.
5th Day-Bid Day: This day, potential members who join a sorority are included in a multitude of fun & festivities. Alumnae are welcome to attend.
