Sisterhood Sisterhood Development Program
LOVE, HONOR, TRUTH—These words are the cornerstones on which our Fraternity was founded and the principles which guide our Sisterhood Development Program. Phi Mu is committed to maintaining a positive Sisterhood Development Program designed to develop our chapters’ overall well-being through care and concern for each member's personal growth and development. Our Sisterhood Development program provides a positive guide for daily living which every Member and Phi can practice and adhere to in order to reach her full potential as an individual and as a member of Phi Mu.
The Sisterhood Development program is dedicated to identifying and meeting the needs of our members, eliminating apathy, rewarding successes and developing women of character.
The goals of the Sisterhood Development are as follows:
To inspire and challenge chapter character through high moral and social standards
To retain our membership in Sisterhood retreats, praise, and providing a source of comfort and confidentiality to sisters in need
To assist in chapter programming – developing each woman to exceed her greatest potential Some sisterhood events that we have are: Big Sister/Little Sister Retreat, PMS-Pizza, Movies, and Sisterhood Nights, Dinner Dates, Bid Day party, Inspiration Night, Campus Events, Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners, Hanging out at the House and much more... |
